6月25日，深圳诺德双语学校在校内举办了首届职业日活动，邀请16大行业的专家及导师莅临现场，为学生进行分享及答疑，这是一个向学生们介绍潜在职业道路并激励他们考虑未来各种工作机会的活动。

职业导师讲座
CAREER TALK
我们邀请了职业咨询师陈女士、名企人力资源部负责人应先生，从市场需求、人才发展通道的层面，结合实际案例，帮助学生先从宏观角度了解职业规划，研究不同职业道路和行业的重要性。通过与专业人士的互动和提问，学生可以开始识别和发展可能引导他们走向未来职业道路的技能和兴趣。

随后的职业展会上，我们的学生与来自不同领域的专业人士一对一咨询，了解他们的工作、日常任务、责任、教育要求以及成功所需的技能。当学生看到他们在中学学到的知识和技能如何应用于现实世界的各种职业时，他会更有动力在学习上取得优异成绩。
当天，高年级的学生还带上了他们人生中第一份“简历”，以模拟应聘的方式与嘉宾互动，这种紧张而兴奋的仪式感，让他们更加专注投入。

On June 25th, NAS Shenzhen held the first Career Day event in the school, inviting experts and mentors from 16 major industries to come to the scene to share and answer questions for students. This is an opportunity to introduce students to potential career paths and inspire them to consider a variety of job opportunities in the future.

职业导师讲座
CAREER TALK
We invited Ms. Chen, a career consultant, and Mr. Ying, the person in charge of the human resources department of famous enterprises, to help students understand career planning from a macro perspective. Through interaction and questioning of professionals, students can begin to identify and develop skills and interests that may lead them to a future career path.

CAREER FAIR
At Career Fair, our students consult one-on-one with professionals from a variety of fields to learn about their jobs, daily tasks, responsibilities, educational requirements, and the skills they need to succeed. When students see how the knowledge and skills they develop in middle school can be applied to various careers in the real world, they may be more motivated to excel in their studies.
On that day, the senior students also brought their first "resume" and interacted with the guests in a simulated way of applying for a job. This tense and exciting sense of ritual made them more focused and engaged.

July 9this the last open day of this semester. We will create an immersive all-English classroom, combining STEAM, digital technology and English, and lead the children to find their own sparks, explore their passions and develop themselves. The places are limited, please make an appointment in advance!
